Why is AAA & CAA Travel offering an online event?

Today's traveler faces too many choices on what destination, how to get there, where to stay, who to book through and so on. As the largest full-service leisure travel agency, AAA & CAA Travel wants to use its collective expertise to help AAA & CAA members narrow down their number of choices or introduce them to a new way to have a memorable vacation experience.

Through this online forum, this virtual travel show will make it easy for AAA & CAA Travel experts, Disney Destination experts, and members to interact and share information and experience.

Are there any limitations of a virtual tradeshow?

Obviously, the major downside of an online event is the lack of face-to-face meeting opportunities, but during the meeting members can activate a click-to-call feature to speak to a AAA & CAA Travel expert on-demand. This event is a time-saving way to bring together travelers and experts at one online venue.

How long will the event material be available after the live event?

All event material and exhibits will be available for registered attendees at no additional costs for six months following the closing date of the event.

What do I need to do before I attend?

Attendance is free! The only thing that you have to do prior to attending is fill out our registration form. Upon successful registration, you will immediately receive an email confirmation with detailed instructions for attending. You will also be receiving reminders as we get closer to the event dates. Then, on the days of the event, all you'll need to do is enter your email address and password provided upon initial registration to access our programming.

What are the minimum requirements from my PC in order to participate in the AAA & CAA Virtual Travel Show?

To interact with the online show requires a Windows PC with Internet Explorer 6.0 minimum or Firefox 1.5. Mac with Firefox 1.5 is also supported. Access to the internet using high speed access (Cable, DSL, Network) is highly recommended for the overall show and is required for all Education Sessions and Presentations. Pop-up blockers must also be disabled. On entering the show, a system check is run which will identify PC requirements that need to be addressed to interact with the online show:
